Confidentiality 

The information clients share with Dr. Waisberg is confidential. There are a few legally required exceptions, which Dr. Waisberg thoroughly explains to her clients at their first meeting. 

Professional Standards

As a registered clinical psychologist, Dr. Waisberg is regulated by the College of Psychologists of Ontario and adheres to the standards of practice and ethics stipulated by the College.     
                
Fee

The usual (hourly) fee is $250 per session. The number of sessions required can vary from a few to many, depending upon the needs and goals of the client.  Psychologists are not covered by OHIP.  Many people have partial or total insurance coverage through their employment benefits or other extended health plans.

Cancellation

Clients who miss or cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice are responsible for payment of the fee unless the cancellation was due to factors beyond their control.
